Year-round maintenance of turf, mulch beds and plantings for the 2023 growing season.

How Yearly Full Service Agreements Work

Sundown Landscape will mow the turf on a weekly or bi-weekly basis based on growing conditions. Turf will be fertilized and treated for weeds, grubs and diseases in 6 applications throughout the year. Turf will be aerated and overseeded in September.

A ‘Spring cleanup’ will be performed in March / April. This service includes any necessary pruning, debris removal, edging of beds, fertilization of plant material, 1” of fresh brown dyed mulch applied to beds and a granular pre-emergent applied on the fresh mulch to keep weeds down. 

Recurring Maintenance

Recurring or ‘Routine Maintenance’ will be performed on a monthly basis from May – November. This service includes bed maintenance, any necessary pruning, spraying of weeds in parking lots / driveway and debris removal.

Leaf removal

Leaf removal service is performed one time after all or most leaves have fallen, this service is billed at our normal labor rate of $60 per man hour along with a charge to haul debris. Additional leaf cleanups can be requested.
